Hi You may need to re-install the action. By delete entire set of watermark action from action palette and reload the original action from file you're download. So you may need to re-download to make sure that your copy of action is original. You can also change the Action play back option to Step-by-Step or Pause for some second to slow down the action and easier to debug. You can change the play back option by click at Action palette menu and choose Play Back Option. See also Using Photoshop Action freetime

Having some trouble -
I’ve been using the watermark action for several months with no issue. In fact, I love it! However, just recently, while trying to watermark some pictures the action just stopped working. Basically, I run the action and it looks as though it’s running normally, no error messages or pauses, but then when I open the pictures back up once the action is done, there is no watermark. I cannot figure out why it’s not working. I’ve even gone so far as to create new watermarks, but nothing works.
HELP!
Anyone come across this same problem?

Watermarks are especial useful if you run a blog (or anysite) stops peaople thieving you photos and claiming them
