Add Post Footer Plugin use several special custom field to override the plugin setting for each post. You can add custom field to the post in Write/Edit Post page in wordpress admin, below trackback section. I have a strange problem when trying to use this plugin. On my index page which lists the last 15 posts, this footer displays on only the first 3, the next 3 show a blank footer and the rest have no footer.
Individual post pages show the footer with no problem.
Any idea what the problem could be?
Thanks
Dax

I’m loving this plugin! I have one problem though and after Googling incessantly I still can’t find a solution.
When I include the Related Articles feature, it makes the comment numbers screw up. If there are 5 comments in the first post, all the following posts on the index page will also show 5 comments, even if there are none.
Is there a way I can fix this because I’d love to continue using this plugin.

Like most plugins this just appends the code/whatever to the end of the post NOT the end of the post page.
I want to add content (like related articles WITH EXCERPTs) to the end of a post page but after the comments area.
So frustrating, I’ve spent days looking / modifying code in plugins etc but so far all I’ve managed to do is to use the (modified by adding the php call to the script in the single.php file) Contextual Related Posts one to give a bulleted list of related articles.
Is there a plugin anywhere that can do this PLUS include the post excerpts? HELP…..

Hi,
I just recently added your plugin to my blog and I’m running into a problem.
My original url was wordpress.stgermaine.ca (I was testing Wordpress before converting from Blogger). My URL is now http://www.stgermaine.ca.
When I click on a link from the footer, it takes me to the old url and gives me an address not found error. Is there a way to get the post footer plugin to go to the correct url?
Help!

Hello,
you created a great and usefull plugin. I us it on my German) Website http://digitalkamerawasserdicht.de.
Can I exclude the footer from one singe post?
I my case it would be the very first post of my blog, which is sticky.
If yes, how?
Thanks a lot

I like this plugin - currently testing it on a site inbuild, but do not want the credit wording it adds. Can this be removed?
Does this require a donation or is there a paid-for version that excludes it?
Please can you email an answer to the address I’ve used in submitting this comment.

I can’t seem to get “other text or html” to work…no matter what code I put in there it displays that code on the post instead of the function it’s supposed to do…ie if I put a banner it shows the code not the banner - any ideas?

Problem: I don’t mind the “Post Footer automatically generated by Add Post Footer Plugin for wordpress.” appearing at the bottom of my posts where they can see the plugin working, but that line is appearing on my homepage where there are no footers. Any suggestions? imcoolyourenot.com
